Running is about so much more than just putting in the miles. To perform well, we also have to feel well. That’s why you’ll not only find tips for training and racing on this blog, but also articles on factors that influence our performance: nutrition, health, and the mental side of sport.

Besides running and triathlon, I’m also passionate about writing and foreign languages. That’s why the decision to study Writing in the United States while running for the SCAD cross country/track and field team was one of the best of my life so far 🙂 

 

As a vegan athlete, I also love spending time cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. Check out some protein-loaded recipes here
